The company will recruit at least 1,000 additional people under the plan in 2022-23 to meet the needs of the customers. The company plans to recruit more than 3,000 innovative people over a period of 12 months.

In January, the global engineering and product development digital services company announced plans to recruit more than 3,000 innovative people over a period of 12 months as part of its expanded talent recruitment program, a top company official said. Under this, the company had planned to increase its workforce in all the major markets of the world, besides in many states of the country such as Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu.
