Microsoft will Train 1.62 Lakh Youth for Future Jobs
Future Jobs: The AP government, Department of Higher Education (APHeD), and Microsoft Friday declared a strategic alliance to train 1,62,000 students and unoccupied youth in the state’s 300 colleges and skill development centers (Future Jobs). It is a first-of-its-kind organization aimed at giving a holistic skill growth solution to allow the youth with next-generation digital skills.
Microsoft will cooperate with APHeD to create a holistic and scalable skilling knowledge that includes Microsoft’s Learning Resource Center, Microsoft Learn, experiential learning through educational webinars, hands-on lab applications, and entrance to industry certification plans from Microsoft and LinkedIn.
Microsoft Certified Professional
Additionally, each student will receive a $ 100 Azure credit for effective experiential learning, test arrangement, and certification to become a ‘Microsoft Certified Professional‘. More than 40 courses and certifications will be made obtainable to learners on Microsoft Learning, defending a wide range of developing technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI, Data Science, IoT, and M365. To enhance their employability, students and youth will have an introduction to over 8,600 courses on LinkedIn Learning, not only to advance their professional skills but also their professional familiarity and soft skills.

Skill Development and IT Minister Mekapathy Gautham Reddy said that Microsoft will partner with the activities of skill development, practice, and education to grow employment opportunities in the state.
