TCS Creates Digital Jobs and Graduate Training in Malaysia
Job Alert: TCS Limited is operating closely with the Malaysian government to help the country grow a digital economy by training them to create extra digital jobs.
Earlier this year, Malaysia unveiled the Malaysia Digital Economy Blueprint (MyDIGITAL), which aims to drive digitization, improve digital infrastructure, and develop a more comprehensive workforce, besides targeting 20,000 cybersecurity knowledge workers and 30,000 data professionals. To create a reliable and secure digital environment in countries by 2025.
“We are working jointly with Malaysian government firms to create more digital jobs for the country. Tata Consultancy Services is supporting national forces to appoint the digital jobs gap and generate well-paying jobs in the tech sector for Malaysian youth. TCS Malaysia’s country head Jeevan Raju said in a post.

Human Resource Development Fund Placement Center
The company said in a post, working with the Human Resource Development Fund Placement Center (HPC), a one-stop portal that matches employers with the right candidates from a wide range of industries and sectors, the TCS Malaysian ecosystem will promote digital sustainability.
TCS lists approximately 400 highly-skilled jobs (Job Alert) at HPC, including business analysts, cybersecurity specialists, cloud engineers, enterprise architects, full-stack developers, and UI/UX designers.
Additionally, the technology major will offer its Initial Learning Program (ILP), two months of learning, and practical training modules to train fresh graduates and fresh recruits. ILP includes technical skills such as coding, data analytics, and software or application development, as well as soft skills such as problem-solving, creativity, and communication skills.
TCS has now hired 100 fresh graduates after beginning the ILP in Malaysia, while different 50 fresh graduates will also be hired by August.
