SSC GD Constable Requirement 2021: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has given great relief to the candidates in the application for GD constable recruitment. Candidates can now also apply through UMANG App. The commission has issued a notice in this regard on its website on Thursday. This step has been taken after the complaints of difficulties being faced by the candidates in the application. Candidates with Android phones can download the UMANG app from Google Play Store and iPhone users can download it from iTunes.

The commission is providing facilities like exam notice, result, exam calendar, one-time registration on this app.

Let us tell you that for GD Constable Recruitment 2021, candidates can apply till 31 August 2021. Through this recruitment of SSC, 25271 posts will be recruited in Delhi Police, Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF), National Investigation Agency (NIA), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), and Assam Rifles.

SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021: Syllabus

General Intelligence and Reasoning – SSC will test analytical aptitude, ability to observe and differentiate patterns. This part of the paper will include questions based on Similarities and Differences, Visual Memory, Discrimination, Spatial Orientation, Observation, Relationship Concepts, Marks, Mathematical Reasoning, etc.

General Knowledge and General Awareness – Questions related to current events will be asked in this question paper. Candidates will also be asked questions about India and its neighboring countries especially from the fields of sports, history, culture, geography, economic scene, general politics, Indian constitution, etc.

English/Hindi – Questions will be asked from General English and Hindi. Along with this, questions from Basic Comprehension will also be asked.

SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021: Exam Pattern

As per the SSC GD Constable exam pattern, Tier 1 exam will be a multiple-choice based exam that will be conducted in online mode. There will be four parts in this exam and questions will be asked based on class 10th. The exam time will be 90 minutes. There will be a total of 100 questions and all will be of one mark.

Only Candidates Who Pass CBT Will Give PET

Only successful candidates in the Computer Based Test will be eligible for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST). Physical measurement will be counted in PST. On the other hand, in PET, male candidates will have to run five kilometers in 24 minutes, while female candidates will have to cover a distance of 1.6 kilometers in eight and a half minutes.
