Govt Jobs 2021: Income Tax Department has issued notification for the recruitment of various posts. Candidates can apply for these posts through the official website of the department, incometaxmumbai.in. According to the released notification, a total of 155 vacancies will be recruited and these jobs have been taken out under the sports quota.

- Tax Assistant – 83 Posts
- Multi-Tasking Staff – 64 Posts
- Inspector of Income Tax – 8 Posts
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the posts of Tax Assistant and Inspector of Income Tax should have a graduation degree in any stream from any recognized university. Whereas for the post of multi-tasking staff, it is mandatory for the candidate to have passed matriculation from any board. The candidate must have participated in national and international competitions.
Age Limit
The age of the candidate applying for these posts should be between 18 years to 30 years. At the same time, relaxation has been given in the upper age limit for the OBC category and SC and ST category candidates as per rules.
